No Service

Hi,

Quick start package arrived today with new Hub 5. Got it all plumbed in but no services available. Called the activation team and they confirmed they can see the equipment, but it still won't respond to activation requests.

Network log shows 3x critical errors:

2x SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing

1x SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing

Tried rebooting, tried factory reset, double checked all cabling and it's all sound.

Engineer now booked to attend in 4 days time, but is there anything I can try in the meantime?

Re: No Service

Not really, best to wait for the technician.
