Since the beginning of Easter, we have no Broadband at all for 7 days. Customer service says it will take another 4 days. Can't imagine it takes two weeks to fix a problem in our area (N14). All my online meetings are disrupted!. The irony is: I recently bought the most expensive M500 deal from Virgin. What a service! Thanks Virgin!!!
