For the third time this week, again No RF signal internet down.
can’t get through to Virgin and my mobile data is running out fast. £62 a month I’m paying for Virgin broadband, stupid I am!

What do you mean by "no AF signal"?
You've posted in the TV-360 forum so I presume you have a problem with your VM TV service.. but you've also mentioned broadband?

My bad, yes broadband. No RF signal means no radio signal through cable.

Can I just ask if the connection issue has settled down now?
Was this happening at a specific time?
