Got an engineer out was brilliant he was gave me internet WiFi boosters n told me to ring virginmedia for my pods, lol had to laugh Iv been paying nearly over £100 a month and not getting my proper service for a very long time, they won’t give me my pods because my nxt bill came in and once I pay this I get them even tho there free to me in my package which surely could have giving me them, through there problem, sorry virginmedia I think it time I left disgusted, just thought I put this up in case someone else has had the same problem ty
