New to virgin, slow speeds on 100mb

Hi,

I have been with virgin media for a few weeks now on the 100mb package and from what i understand the guaranteed seed should be no less than 50mb. More times im getting 20mb or less on wifi and wired. Below is the router status info

Well, whilst not what you want, the problem looks like a straightforward low SNR on channel 11.  Usually that's something the technicians can easily fix, and I've flagged your post for the forum staff to advise on next steps.  Normally we'd always suggest a restart to see if that fixes things, but judging by the low error counts on the higher channel numbers it has been recently restarted.

You could try phoning this in, but I suggest avoiding VM's diabolically poor telephone support wherever possible, always best to wait on the forum staff to pick this up.

Thanks for the quick reply on this Andruser and for flagging this up to forum staff. Yes, the device has been rebooted recently, actually, sometimes it will reboot itself at night at a little before midnight. Always the same time so not sure if thats a scheduled reboot?
