I just transferred from a cheap Talk Talk broadband to an expensive Virgin account (350), Virgin costs twice as much but is twice as slow.
I’ve tried the speed tests, etc and it’s telling me that it’s fast but in reality it really isn’t. Not only is it slow, the signal often drops out and doesn’t reach upstairs (this wasn’t a problem before).
I’m hoping it’s just a case of replacing the hub or something, hopefully someone can help resolve the issue ASAP.
