Just wondering how many hoops i have to jump through to get an updated router. I would really like to take advantage of the Volt2 service i am paying for as well as to move over to an IP phone as my phoneline seems to have been damaged during building work. I figured going IP phone would save having to replace the cable.
Who, and how should i speak to?

Speak to Customer Services about the phone outage. If the existing Hub has RJ11 phone socket(s) is VOIP ready.
