I had a SuperHub 2AC with the M200 package, I had my SuperHub in modem mode connected to a Mikrotik router and I was getting around 180-220Mbps download.
I got a VOLT upgrade to the M350 package and was told I needed to upgrade to the SuperHub 5 as the 2AC couldn't cope with the speed increase.
I've installed the new SuperHub 5 in and put it in modem mode and now I'm getting around 100-110Mbps, 120 at most.
My MikroTik router has the exact same config, nothing has changed apart from the SuperHub.
Any ideas???
(all speed tests were done via ethernet, not wireless)

So I have a superhub 3 in modem mode, with a Asus AX4200 Router. Im on the M350 package with the VOLT bolt on which takes it to M500, and im getting around 530Mbps on wifi using a wifi 6 USB adaptor. you need to check what specs your Mikrotik router is. Ideally you need a 2.5gb WAN port, and Wifi 6 (802.11ax) to get the top speeds. I would drop the Mikro Tik router, and just use the superhub 5, as it has the right WAN port and 802.11ax wifi, Also just plug PC directly into Superhub in modem mode and see what speed you are actually getting at the modem. if it not 350Mbps, then conact customer support and log the issue.

Put the HUB 5 in router mode and test using this site:
https://samknows.com/realspeed/
It tests the speed to the HUB over the VM network, ruling out any issues with the line.

Yes I would first test Pc to hub in modem mode if your getting the speed then if you are copy MAC form PC to Mikrotik router WAN port and connect that up and see what happens
