Welcome to the community. 

Sorry to see you're having speed issues at the moment. Looking at your BQM today there does not seem to be the same issues you were having on the Wednesday. Can you confirm that you are still experiencing speed issues and if they are on wired or WIFI devices? I am unable to see any power level issues at our end.
