New 1gig connection

Hi , is there a time it takes for a router to stabilise, 1gig upgrade today but only Seeing around 500mb , tried using ethernet and WiFi on various devices and still the same , VM app showing WiFi speed as 800mb with a 500mb download , should I wait a few days ?

Log into your Hub settings and navigate to the Configuration Data page

What numbers are in the "Max Data Transfer Rate" boxes for downstream and upstream?

These are in bps (not Mbps) - do they correspond to >1Gbps ?

If not - the upgrade hasnt been applied yet - restart Hub and look again

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
