New to virgin media. Question regarding netflix speeds. Is there something between Netflix and Virgin severs that haven't been resolved as speeds are between 40-90mbs through my smart tv on wireless. I connected it to ethernet and the speed was identical. Im on M500 and there is no issues with other devices for example my Xbox Series X runs qt 350ish wireless and 800 wired!!!
Just wondering if anything incan do ie port forwarding etc to resove this. Netflix is ok most of the time however it has been buffering and a bit slow sometimes with it happening just an hour ago not like subday afternoon traffic is high
Can you post some stats. Go to 192.168.0.1 (router mode) or 192.168.100.1 (modem mode), do not log in, click on the link "Check Router Status". Copy and paste the Downstream, Upstream and Network Logs. Mask any public IP address.
