Need to contact anyone asap

My package is 350 broadband and I'm ive been getting 9 for well over a month spoke to various people saying no problems but they can see what speeds I have, now they want me to pay for a service that I haven't had , tried messaging calling and now about to disconnect me @

how are you testing wired or wifi

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

Had the same issue since mid December. Customer services are no help at all. Let me know how you get on with your refund. Think I will change supplier myself!

theres more levels than you post - 24 on the downstream and a second page butwhat you have postaed all look ok

you need to do a wired test with a device having a gigabit card and using a cat5e cable or better - wifi speed tests are meaningless - theres far too many variable - if you are getting low speeds wired then you need VM to investigate - if you are getting good speeds then you need to look at the wifi

Do you have a wired device you can test?

Since you have posted screenshots, rather than text, we can't see all of the router stats.
