Hi - got a text at 6pm last night saying issue has been fixed - ran a test just now and all seems well but it is 7am - will see later on today if it holds.

 

Vivid 350 - Superhub 3 modem mode --> RT-AC3200

Didn't hold in the evening - back down to 4mbps upload

Thanks for coming back to us and I am sorry that this is still ongoing. I've checked the system today and we do need a tech as your upstream power levels are out of spec.
