I am really unhappy... I pay for the M100 package and as you can see in the image below, the MINIMUM speeds I should be seeing are 54MBPS for downloads... for the past 3 DAYS I have had speeds of less than 15MBPS.... Unacceptable... We have tried restarting the Router and it has made no difference
Someone please help or else I will be leaving Virgin Media and going with a provider who can commit to their minimum speeds that they contracturally promise!!
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
