My new contract should start today. Speed increase 100 to 200 but my account still says 100

I realise it can take all day for my speed increase to take affect but shouldn’t the package details on my app now reflect the change in service?

Hi,
There may be a slight delay as the systems are very busy at the moment, do a 30 second pinhole reset on the rear of the hub this should change the speed for you.allow 10 mins for the settings to update
