I recently upgraded my service from 200Mbps to 350. The upload speeds are fine, usually reaching 36/37Mbps but the download speeds are a different story. Whether I try at 7am, 7pm, middnight or 3am, I barely exceed 200Mbps. All tests are carried out with a direct connection to my Asus router with a Cat6A cable - the VM Hub is in modem mode.
I rang up and spoke to a support agent about a week a go and he assured me the area wasn't over-subscribed but I'm beginning to doubt him.
Can someone from VM look in to my connection, please?
220Mbs looks like the figure for a good 200Mbs system
Can you Type 192.168.0.1 into your browser URL bar and press enter. When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’. Copy and paste the contents of each tab onto here, a Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.
