My hubs password has changed but we havent change it!!

I have just tried to log into my router however the password it states on the bottom of the router is not accepted and we havent changed. 

I have a new Iphone and it states that the internet is not safe or secure so I need to change it to use WPA2 which is strange as there are always things happening with our internet and when I try to log in it says someone else is already logged on!!

There are 2 passwords - one for the settings and one for wifi devices - have you tried thm both? If no luck try on an ethernet cable connected device if you were using wifi - or vica versa. Also try different browsers.
ays do a "60-second hold" pinhole reset to put them back to that.
