My account - unable to change package

I would like to upgrade from current speed to higher however unable to do so getting error messages while I am logged into my virgin media account. No customer service available due to COVID situation which is understandable.

I have TV, Phone, Broadband package 

i was hoping to do self service.

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to fix this issue.
