Mum is 86, alone, no mobile, phone line down 3 days cannot contact virgin
Hi, my mum's home phone line stopped working 3 days ago. She has a Careline that runs through the phone line. She is 86 and very vulnerable, having fallen twice recently. Have run Virgin numerous times, always cut off after 35 minutes. Tried Twitter, was asked to email mums details which i did and NO REPLY. How can I sort this out? If she is ill or falls there is no way of contacting anyone
