Are you think that where it says Frequency is the speed as yoy say on the router and only posted them screenshots? if so you are wrong you can check under Configuration tab to see if you are on the correct profile

Is this normal though to only see 200/300 download when I am on 600? The network is even struggling with Teams calls when I work from home which I never had an issue on Sky Fibre with, I mentioned to the lady who signed me up that I had lots of smart home devices and could the router handle it and no issues were raised on the router side and the speed was recommended. Really worried now i have made the wrong decision with working from home etc.
