Hi 

 

My Mbps seems to be slow and last time I looked on my virgin media it is slow but since I can't check and a friend said it might be because I'm out of contract with you

You are never ‘out of contract’ with VM. You are either on a 12, 18 or 24 month contract or if these finish then it’s a monthly rolling contract.

Please provide more information.
