Massive packet loss and T3 Timeouts today

As you can see it started at around 8:30 am and is intermittent in nature. The big spike at 12pm is me rebooting the modem.

Are your logs really a month old?

Also there appears to be something that's affecting upstream. Can you power off your hub, check that all coaxial cable connections are tight from hub to wall socket and reboot. Post some stats and logs again after a few hours.

The problem (red packet loss) has gone. It was only happening on that day. I suspect VM was doing maintenance work in the local area, or located and fixed the fault.

The date on the CM logs is wrong, it's counting months from 0 instead of 1.

Sorry to see you are still getting packet loss and Timeouts

I have had a look at a few things and can see we have an SNR issue in your area

It is due to be fixed today although that may change 

You can get updates on here, just quote reference number F008124127
