MY STREET IS ALL SLOW

Hi,

I am currently speaking to all my street and we are all getting slow speeds and there is no reported outage can we get the network team involved, I have perform all required steps and we are all getting regular latency spikes on the node.

one person in my street sent me the image below (speed test) the results were 75.1 MBPS down and 36.8 Mbps up they are on the M500 Package so should be getting easily over 200

 

The other result is mine I am on M100 and usually get 113 Mbps down and 11UP

I am currently getting 33 Mbps down and 10 UP these tests are also being done on Sam knows speed test systems as well as think broadband and different servers on speedtest.net and are the same

Before anyone tells me to reboot when i called virgin they told me they were monitoring the network and said i could not do this for 10 days so will not be able to
