So, there are obviously problems with your line... whilst your power levels look ok,you have a *lot* of post-rs errors on most of the channels - when did you last reboot the hub? it's worth doing it again, confirming that they are all at 0 when you boot, and see how quickly they accumulate.
logs also show channels dropping with alarming frequency (RCS partial service messages).
i'd say this needs a comment from VM.. but it's probably worth checking that all of your coax connections (both inside and outside..) are finger tight for good measure...
worth setting up a BQM - if only because you may be asked to do this later, and it takes at least 24h to get a useful data set.
