M600 Extremely slow speed & intermittent internet connections

Since about 5:30pm yesterday evening (7th Nov), my internet has been horrendous. I'm on M600, use the Hub 3 in modem mode with Google Wifi.
At 5:30 speed became incredibly slow and from about 11pm till 7:30am today there was non stop internet connection drops. Speed has slowly increased throughout the day today, but it's still awful. It was literally in Kbps until about 1pm today.
There's no general services issues on the website or via telephone for my postcode. Though several times this morning the service check did indicate there was an issue, but there was no option appearing to arrange an engineer visit and after nearly 2 hours on hold on the phone I gave up.
This following speeds are with my laptop directly connected to the router.
