Hello I am on Virgin Media M500 package, My speedtest results from Oolka are 111.80 Mbps Download and 19.07 Mbps Upload with a ping of 28. We have three people using the internet using tv,ipads ect can you please tell me if these speeds are acceptable for a M500 package i have tried the virgin troubleshooter but it says unable to perform test thanks

The link below attempts a speed test to the VM Hub and then to a device.

The speed to the Hub should reflect the VM subscription rate, the speed to the devices can be much less especially if WiFi is involved.

Thanks tried the test mentioned got 36.2 download from router and 34.9 from the device router was Upload Mbps

Sorry to hear of the slower than expected speeds on your connection.

I've looked into the local area and cannot see any issues being flagged.

Can you possibly place the hub into modem mode and run a speed test with a Cat 6 or above Ethernet cable?

This should provide you with the subscribed speed.
