I'm new to Virgin on the M500 broadband package. The speed is incredibly slow. It has been a month since the install. Called VM they had us reboot hub and it didn't make any difference. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
Have you tried a full pin reset by holding in the reset pin for 30 seconds.
Also have you ran a hardwired speedtest to see what speeds you are getting?
