M500 speed significant slowdown and latency - North West

I have significantly slower downstream speeds and latency spikes since 19th December.  I have consistantly high speeds normally 450mbit+

Please investigate.

Troubleshooting completed

  • Restored Superhub 3 to factory defaults
  • Allowed hub to restore itself and connect with no ethernet cables connected
  • Pressed pin hole reset button to restart
  • Checked all cables are tight and connected into SuperHub correctly.
  • Restarted several times
  • Tested Different Ethernet ports
  • Tested WiFi speedtest
  • Tried several different speedtest websites
