M500 slow speeds on wired and wireless

I've been on the M500 package for a few months and have yet to see consistent speeds that I'd expect.

I've tested wired and wireless using the Hub3 as is and also in modem mode with a netgear R7800. I struggle to get about 300mbps downstream most of the time, occasionally it does go higher but not very often. Oddly the downstream is rock steady at 36-37 mbps. After reading others posts here it seems I may have an issue, can a member of the forum team pick this up and take a look at my stats for me please. Pasted below a short time after a reboot of the hub.

Re: M500 slow speeds on wired and wireless

Thanks, I've replied to your PM. Also just realised I made a mistake in my first post, I meant to say that the upstream is rock steady at 36-37 mbps, not the downstream.

Re: M500 slow speeds on wired and wireless

I've replied back to the PM from Steven_L as there's been no improvement after monitoring things for a few weeks.

Re: M500 slow speeds on wired and wireless

Have your downstream power levels been fixed?

In your original post they were far too high, all with levels of 13.4 dBmV to 14 dBmV, when they shouldn't exceed 10 dBmV, and ideally would be closely clustered around 0 dBmV.

Re: M500 slow speeds on wired and wireless

Downstream stats after a reboot, channels 2-7 seem to be clocking up pre-RS errors pretty fast whereas the rest are stable.
