I ordered the M500 package, upgrading from the M100. I received the new Hub 3 and plugged it in. However, my download speed hasn't changed at all. According to Virgin's speed table (https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/broadband/speeds), it should be minimum 258 Mbps, but it stays the same as M100, goes max to 65 Mbps. I have tried to contact virgin media through telephone, however my phone keeps getting cut off. I am guessing this is due to coronavirus and the lines being busy, but I have no one to ask for help regarding this issue. I hope someone can help me out.
