I have has the business 500 installed and it has never got over 89
2 engineers have been out both have said it’s not the line and think it’s the settings sent from virgin
This fault has been over a week and I call everyday and just get told someone is looking into it
is there anyone I can to get a answer on what is going on

Really sorry you've been having issues with the service lately, this isn't good.
