Hey, looking for some help..
Joined Ultimate Oomph as a new VM customer last month and have noticed an issue with BB speeds.
Now, its not the end of the world - perfectly usable - but just want to make sure there isn't an issue somewhere and coming from standard FTTC BB - I'm not too familiar with cable modem/routers and VM stats. I did have a read around similar topics - as far as I can tell mine seems ok....
wired speedtests come back at 200 - 300 mbps ---only in the first week did they hit 400 - 500 mbps
I have restarted the router - powered off etc but wanted some advice - everything has been checked, nothing loose - al connectors are tight - pings and upload are always ok - just seems to be d/l speeds
Any advice would be welcome.
2 laptops - both gigabit (checked advnace settings) - hardwired
2 ethernet leads both gigabit capable
