M500 Very Poor Speed

Brand New customer and installed on 15.07.21.

1st day got 200mb since then 20mb, 100mb but nothing like advertised speed. 

checked all connections and rebooted router. 

still no joy!

Check the speed test on a pc wired to the router to see if you are getting better speeds. WiFi isn't the best to get top speeds and speedtest isn't always accurate, try change the server your testings to as well.

500Mb is the speed delivered to the Hub. You should get this speed on wired devices.  WiFi speed is not guaranteed and depends on many local factors.
