M500 Service

Could one of the mods, please give me a time line of the Rollout of M500 to Area 22.

Thank you

Red (VM SH2 AC Beta tester)
Running on 350Mb VM service with SH3 in Modem Mode, with a ASUS RT-AC5300 router. With this setup I get Fantastic WIRED and WIRELESS Signals in my home. I dont work for VM. But I work in IT, and I know my tech.
My advice is at your own risk.

Re: M500 Service

We have M500 in area 22. But it could depend on the cabinet you are connected to, the guy on the phone said he had to check before he confirmed it was available for us.

Re: M500 Service

They can tell you whether you can get it now - or not.
What they cant and never will tell you is, if you don't have it, when you will be able to get it.
That is regarded as commercially sensitive (yes) information.

Re: M500 Service

And yet they told me I would get it within a week of signing up to it when it was first launched, But unfortunately I am on the package and can not get it, They said everyone on the 350 package will automatically have 500 available to them from 1st May. Bummer is the 500 mbps is literally all around me apart from the 3 streets 1 of which I live in.

Re: M500 Service

Actually no this was the specialist team. I am not complaining as I am getting 2 x tivo boxes, with all the packages including BT/Sky Sports HD/movies etc my m350 broadband, landline and unlimited sim for £52 a month as they agrred to keep it at same price I was paying before the upgrade as they are not providing the service I paid for, which that service being the sole reason I upgraded. So to me the longer it takes to get the better for me that extra upto 200mbps would be nice but certainly not needed as a a necessety.

Noooooooooo! the Offshore team never do that! - I mean they are such an amazing resource and everyone should do it!

Can I put my sarcasm away now? you are right they are totally **bleep** and 1 reason I won't be dealing with VM res for much longer.
