M350 running very slow, lucky to even get 35mbps using a cable. WiFi keeps dropping out and can only connect within the same room as my hub. Not changed any devices or cables. Even reset/rebooted the hub several times.

I've had a quick look into your services and can see your HUB connection from the cabinet is okay, but there does seem to be an issue with your WIFI. Can I ask if you use boosters to spread the WIFI evenly around your home?
Also, does the connection completely drop out over WIFI causing lights to come on the HUB, or is it just really slow?
