M350 testing at 120Mb

Hi everyone,

I've just been checking the speed on my connection and am seeing around 120Mb down and 35Mb up on my M350 connection via a Hub3. This feels slow to me - any ideas?

Hub stats look ok - although Up power levels are close to the recommended minimum, everything is "in range". Can you post up the network logs as well.

Also post up the data in the configuration file - especially the Up & Down "max Data Transfer Rates" numbers

Your link is to the sign in page - not to the "shared BQM" - can you change it.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the speeds. 

 

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and can see the hubs upstream levels are slightly out of specification.

 

I've arranged an engineer to come and take a look at this.
