M350 slow speed and high latency for the last 2 weeks

Hey I've been having issues with my speed and latency for the last 2 weeks.

Up until this point I've had little issues and always seem to max out my 350 connection.

Currently I'm only getting 81Mbps on fast.com This used around 400Mbps.

Latency is, 14ms unloaded, 278ms loaded.

Upload speed is fine at 41Mbps

My setup is Superhub3 in modem mode > pfsense > gigabit switch > pc

What speeds do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Modem Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

Ran from pfsense, other devices were connected but I can see from the traffic graphs in pfsense that no other devices were using brandwidth

For most of the day it's been ok, still only getting 200Mbs but latency was acceptable.
However around 6PM I started to notice slowness. fast.com was reporting 300ms+ and only 60Mbs download.
I've also noticed that it seems to be common at peak times.
To test to ensure it wasn't my pfsense box, last night (2am blip below) I put my superhub back into router mode and connected only my laptop using an ethernet cable. Speed and latency were identical to modem mode/pfsense.

You need to test using a direct connection at speedtest.net

Tested from pfsense, this is a direct connection.
I also put a rule in place before running the test stop lan traffic going through the wan.

Can you Login to the Hub Settings and navigate to the Connected Devices page - what is the reported 'connection speed’ for the ethernet cable connected device you used for the speed test ?

As it's in Modem mode, it doesn't show the device pages.

However in pfsense it reports full gigabit. I've also tried using another cable

WAN   1000baseT <full-duplex> [REMOVED]

You need to test without the pfsense in the system.
