I'm on the M350 package but generally see download speeds of around 150Mbps and upload speeds of around 30Mbps using speedtest.net, although other speed check sites give broadly similar results. The time of day for the testing doesn't seem to effect this speed higher or lower very much.
I'm running in modem mode and testing using a Cat6 wired connection, and no other users at the time of testing.
Error levels may be a concern, and these are counted from the last restart. If the hub wasn't off overnight, can you re-post the Downstream data, because my suspicion is that the post-RS error count may be creeping up and would possibly cause speed problems. If it was off overnight, we'll need at least 12 or 24 hours of data to make sense of the error count.
May also be worth posting the Network log.

I am still experiencing the same speeds. The superhub is in modem mode so I am using a Draytek Vigor router, but I get the same speeds when using the Superhub in router mode and no other 3rd party router involved.
They charge and extortionate amount of money for nothing.
