Im hoping someone might be able to give me an answer to my question.
Virgin have recently installed there network in my area and i am getting signed up.
The issue i have is only the m200 and below packages are available, the 350 and above are not and states "this is not available in your area". Why is this? Does virgin do this at the beginning when starting out in a new area?
Also the cables that virgin put down are capable of 10gbs, but why is it they only offer a max of m350 with broadband only and in selected few places they get the 1gig package, again the newer fibre cables are capable of in excess of 10gbs, i know we are in no need for that speed anytime soon but why is it we cant receive upto the 1gig broadband only package?
