M350 down speeds are so slow

I upgraded my virgin package to the 350 online, too which I don't even seem to get the download speed I should be, always seem around 60 - 70 Mbps (Ethernet). My uploads are fine, sometimes even 48Mbps on speedtest

What device are you using and what spec cable?

Are you wired direct to the hub or via a switch or powerline plug?

PC with Gigabit Ethernet wired direct to the hub, I've hard reset the hub also.

@wilsonandjones While I wouldn't rule out a faulty Ethernet cable, the downstream, power levels you have posted are on the high side.  The recommend range is between -6 and +10 and you have a few channels at 10 or more, which may be impacting your service.

This will probably need a field technician to visit and adjust those levels.  You can try calling VM or use their text messaging service to report the issue:

Alternatively you can wait for one of the forum team to get here and if their tests deem it necessary they can help book a visit for you.
