I moved into a new house a few months ago and transferred my M350 package with me but I only ever seem to average 25-30mbps in this new house. after looking at some of the other posts I am concerned that I may need an engineer visit. I will post my network stats below if someone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
I am using a macbook pro, and had no issues in my previous house with speeds above 350.

Type 192.168.0.1 into your browser URL bar and press enter. When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’. Copy and paste the contents of each tab onto here, a Guru will be along in the not too distant future to decipher the info.
The only obvious fault is that your upstream power levels look to be too high. If they're still showing as at or above 5.0 dBmV then you'll need a technician to come out and fix that, unless there's an area fault, which should have a reference number and a fix date. Either way forum staff can advise.
I'm assuming you're connecting via wireless - have you optimised the wifi on your hub, mainly by renaming the 2.4 and 5 GHz networks each with their own unique name ( eg Doris5 and Mabel24), turned off channel optimisation and increased channel width on 5 GHz to 20/40/80 ?

So I have split the 2.4 and 5 Ghz signals with different names and turned of optimisation etc. The 5Ghz is getting 69mbps whilst the 2.4 remains at 30mbps. it also looks like my power levels are still too high as you said.
