i have recently upgraded from 200mb to 350mb using the online upgrade service.
i was expecting to wait a while but got an email a day later saying all was set up and im good to go. i am using the hub3 in modem mode an connected to it with a nighthawk ac4000 router with a cat 6 cable . Now before the upgrade i was getting 200mb from various speed test sites. Trouble is i am still getting the same speed after the upgrade (superhub rebooted etc)
After checking the superhub router status i see this
i think it shows im still 230mb download and 22mb up
