M350: Slow upload speed

Hello all,

I have the 350 package and I get around 370-380 download that's no problem. However, with the upload I get 4mb upload.

Re: M350: Slow upload speed

Your Upstream Power Levels are way, way too high and an engineer visit will be required to put things right.

You can either phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

Re: M350: Slow upload speed

Hi Bulent1903,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.

Not great to see some of the issues you've been having here. Was you able to call the team from your last post? If not don't worry, let me know and I'll take a look 🙂

Cheers.

Re: M350: Slow upload speed

Hi Ryan

Unfortunately I couldn't get this issue resolved. I called in couple times and they have not been helpful at all. I have said that my upload speed has been very low and they simply said we don't guarantee upload speeds. I have stated that 4mb is very low and sometimes I get 2mb and also included that I came into this forum and I got told that my Upstream Power Levels are high and an engineer should come and take a look - they simply didn't believe me I guess.

Is there any chance we can book an engineer or something over here or actually get an call-back - ?

Thanks

Re: M350: Slow upload speed

An engineer popped in yesterday, he tried his best to fix the problem but right now I am still getting these speeds - upload is very low

Re: M350: Slow upload speed

Good morning,

Apologies for the delay in response, I have just taken a look into the account using the information you have previously provided to us, I can see that there is currently an SNR outage, this is due to be resolved on the 5th of November. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Kind regards,

Zak_M
