Hi Guys, just had VM installed a couple of weeks ago from BT as i wanted faster and more reliable speeds... all good day 1 but downhill after that, i am constantly having to reboot my Hub 3 as a few hours after it resets i get 20 - 30mbps at best (over 300 at startup)
Everything in the house is as it was with BT and worked fine, i have a PC using a powerline which i use as work calls and teams etc, worked okay with BT and now very sketchy voice calls etc
I waited the required hour for service and they said an engineer would be booked but having spoken to 2 neighbor's who installed the same on the referral system they are getting the same problems!!
I inclined to think its not my network but the Hub to external?
Access your HUB on http://192.168.0.1, log in, and copy/paste the 'Upstream', 'Downstream', and 'Network Log' tab data, as text (You may have to click post twice due to an error), across multiple posts as requried.
