M350 SLOW SPEED

Upgraded last week from M100 to M350. Was told this morning that Wi-Fi will never reach 350 but will reach it with Ethernet. So I moved my Mac to my Hub 3.0 and connected Ethernet. It’s still showing 80! I’m fit to be tied!!  I’m not paying for a dearer service! If it can’t be fixed, then it’s false advertising!

Re: M350 SLOW SPEED

Try a different ethernet cable.  Check that the Mac is connecting at 1Gb ethernet and not 100Mb.

Re: M350 SLOW SPEED

Thanks for getting back to me. How do I check that on the Mac?

Re: M350 SLOW SPEED

Not familiar with the Mac I'm afraid, but I expect someone who is will be along to assist...

Re: M350 SLOW SPEED

If you go into Hub settings and check - connected devices it should tell you.
