Are you using a MAC or PC?

In device manager> Network Adaptors  select your Network card and right-click to get the menu then left-click on properties

check the advanced tab to read the above

Hi Buffer6, its a PC and that particular property is set to Auto Negotiation. Other values are available in the dropdown list.

Hopefully this means something to you!

Re: M200 worse than / no better than M100

Your BBM shows a lot of latency or overutilization, one of the Forum Team will need to look into it

You can check your connection to the Hub speed if you login to your Hub and select devices connected

it should read 1000 if it reads 100 then there is a problem with your connection to the Hub

if it's only connected at 100 it could mean that your PC NIC (Network Interface Card) has  become noisy or gone faulty

and needs replaced or use an external USB3 NIC card

Check that your Hub is placed away from other electrical devices and that all connections are thumb tight

Re: M200 worse than / no better than M100

Thanks for the reply Buffer6. All of my ethernet devices are showing 1000 so that's good. Devices connected via wifi vary from 4 to 800 odd for the Tivo box.

How do I get the Forum Team to take a look at the latency/ overutilization issue? They seem to have ignored this thread after a brief initial look over a week ago!
