Hi Alex, I have no idea as I was out for most of that period. Does the data from the previous week or so help? Is there anything else I can post?

Can you confirm if the device you're using on an Ethernet connection has a gigabit NIC and if you're using a Cat5 or above Ethernet cable?

Hi Alex, my desktop is directly connected to the HUB via a cat6 cable. What is a gigabit NIC though?!

NIC is the Network Interface Card inside the device.

Gigabit is the speed that the NIC is set to.
