M200 unusable speeds for the whole week

The connection is wired. I have pinhole reset the hub. I have checked both service lines, online and mobile, there are no issues one minute, and an intermittent issue the other telling me to wait 24 hours. I've been waiting for the whole week now, getting a bit ridiculous.

Your BQM is a mess.

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting the area. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.

It sure is.

I've called in multiple time this week, and the phone line states that there are no issues.
