M200 speed slow i get M100 speed that i used to have

Hi there people!
New here so here we go-
i have upgraded to m200 but mu speeds are m100. Nothing has changed on my behalf. Doing random speed tests when i was in m100 i got the speed i was paying for 90% of the time. Now i half of what i am paying for. Last night I unplugged the hub and for a little while i was getting the m200. Now i ma back down. In the chat app now it says the it has issues, and no one replies to my messages. I understand that the speed will not be the same every time but common. Lower speed that the m100? Or the same? Can any advise? Customer service was saying that i am a high user ( that is got nothing to do with my speed) and should not affect it. I work from home for the NHS IT so i needed faster speeds as the family is home also streaming and plying. Can anyone advise?

What speeds do you get at >> SamKnows << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better ethernet cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

Can you Login to the Hub Settings and navigate to the Connected Devices page - what is the reported 'connection speed’ for the ethernet cable connected device you used for the speed test ?
