Hi I have been with virgin for 2 years on the M100 package. Never had a problem with them, I play a lot of video games and never ‘lag’, I have recently started to live stream my gameplay. So I upgraded to m200 for better download and upload speed! My speed is absolutely fine one minute sitting at 213-217mbps download then next minute I feel my game go different check my speed on Speedtest.net and then I’m sitting at 20mbps I jus don’t understand why it is doing this! I have had a new hub from virgin and it’s still the same nobody can seem to help me on the phone, I’m getting really frustrated. My upload speed is absolutely fine that’s never affected it’s jus my download ! If somebody could help me I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you should post the link straight away.
Post a link to your BQM on here.
Instructions for posting BQM Link
Under your BQM graph are two links in red.
Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.
Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.
On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)
In the URL box paste the link you copied and in the ‘text to display’ box write My BQM then click OK - you can post the link straight away.
